Got this watch for my birthday last year. It's excellent quality and very accurate. It's build quality is solid with a chunky case. I love it!
I was so impressed with Tissot's quality that I bought a gents Le Locle automatic as well and that is the same quality.
Tissot is easily on a par with my Tag Heuer and Raymond Weil watches.

This is a brilliant watch, and was a great birthday present from my wife Ruth. I had read some adverse comments about the unusual strap, which does take a bit of initial fiddling but is worth persevering with. The watch has a real quality feel and is reassuringly solid.

This watch looks like it should be triple the price. The movement is the same as that used by the Tag Heuer F1 range (ETA G10 quartz) yet it is less than half the price! The strap is not fiddly at all; it is hinged at 2 points on the strap. Pull both and it is easy to put on and take off - some of the people here clearly are only opening the strap at one point - something i did when i first bought the watch.

Highly recommended.

I read a few reviews about this watch before ordering it, all of which said how much of a nice watch it is. Well they were all right! The build quality is fantastic, as you'd expect from Tissot, it's solid and quite heavy. The innovative strap design is also an excellent feature. It's basically like the clasp design you'd find on any diver's watch with a steel strap, but with a leather strap instead. When the strap is done up it just looks like a normal leather strap - very clever! Then there's the appearance - it looks fantastic! The white and yellow hands look very striking against the black face and the black leather strap just finishes it off giving the watch a very expensive look. I've had quite a few comments from friends on my "pricey looking" watch. Overall I am very happy with this little baby, and for under £200 you can't go wrong!

5 out of 5 stars My Second Tissot Watch   February 2, 2010

I bought my first Tissot watch in 1974 in Switzerland, Model PR-516, which has a mechanical movement. I think it cost about Stg.40. Until a few years ago I wore this watch constantly and it never gave a hint of a problem. I decided to give it it a well-earned rest and put it into semi-retirement - bringing it out to give it an airing occasionally. I decided to treat myself to a new watch and being a creature of habit I opted once again for Tissot, this time I picked the Black Dial Chrono, Model PRC 200. I must say the delivery time was excellent. As soon as I saw the presentation case, even before I saw the watch, I knew I had made the right decision. The case on its own exudes quality - the total package just gives the feeling that a lot of thought went into the product and the watch has the quality and appearance that I had hoped for when I picked it. The strap is quite novel, it is a combination of a steel clasp and leather strap and I find it very easy to use. To sum up I am very happy with my choice and purchase and I have no hesitation recommending this watch.
