Excellent choice. My daughter previously had a Timex and when we looked at a new watch we kept coming back to Timex. Of all the digital type watches for this age group it was the only one with a date! It is easy to use, not too pink and flowery or babyish for this age group. A real winner!

I have smallish wrists so got this 'youths' watch and it is a great fit. Really clear face and nice colours - white and an almost bronze. Really good value. Have read that the strap gets stained but that did not put me off! Another review said it took them 1/2 hour to set the time? No problems there either!Nice watch - worth the money

I am an adult female and bought this watch as the cheapest waterproof watch I could find to wear when I swim. It fits fine - I wear it on the second hole so would fit even the largest wrists. The face is a good size and the light-up feature on the face is great when I am out walking the dog at nite. It is a great watch - packed with features (I did have a bit of trouble setting the time). I swim for an hour a day and it works like a charm. I wouldn't buy the white strap ever again as it started to discolour very quickly and now looks really grubby and horrible. I haven't found a way to clean it. Buy Grey!

I like this watch but it does have the USA style date with the month first. I started to return it but then thought, well I like the look of it and it's inexpensive for what you get.Anyway the time display does show just the day of the month (1st etc) so at a glance you can look on your watch and know the date. The month only shows if you press another button, and then you get the annoying American style date. However you dont look at the month very often, even clueless likes me knows which month I am in, so it is not too bad a drawback. The time did take me at least half an hour and its hard on the fingers pressing those buttons. But its easy to read (as OAP a factor in my choice) and I like the stopwatch for my walks. Just had to take off a star for the date which I was a bit annoyed about, surprising as has 24 hour/12 hour choice. The bronze colour is a kind of pinky/bronze, very attractive so i am going to keep it. As a small adult female no trouble with the size of this,. Good buy really, and a whole sight better than the range on display in "A...." a national catalogue shop which shows nothing sensible fit for women. End.
